Why We Do It
At Terracor, we take pride in our work. We understand that our responsibility is greater than generating financial results for our partners. It’s about the responsibility to add value to communities through quality developments that bring products and services, create job opportunities and provide families safe and beautiful places to live. Our passion lies in developing quality projects which contribute to a higher quality of life for the communities we serve. When you ask our team which Terracor value they most embody, you won’t get just one answer. Our work is our life’s passion and we believe this passion is reflected in the quality of our developments.
How We Do It
We begin all projects by crafting a long-term vision, which has been honed through experience. Then we create the roadmap, which helps us to identify potential risks. Next, we selectively assemble the best possible team to navigate the road. From our capital partners to the landscape architect, every team member is vital to the success of the project. Finally, we execute. Utilizing time-tested and well-defined systems and processes allow for great execution.
HOW FAR WE’VE COME
Since our launch in 2014, we’ve expanded our focus to include single-tenant build-to-suits to master planned communities
