Philip Williams is the Director of Development for Terracor Real Estate . In this capacity, he is charged with implementing strategic initiatives, institutionalizing systems and processes, and managing all activities related to development and construction.
Mr. Williams background includes a variety of capacities in real estate development, project consulting, corporate finance and investment banking. Over the past 12 years, Philip successfully led projects with total development budgets in excess of $3.5 billion across all major real estate asset classes and product types, including large-scale mixed use projects often involving public/private partnerships with multiple industry participants, local communities and other state and local agencies.
As a former investment banker, Philip worked in the corporate finance departments of both regional and national investment banks focusing primarily on restaurants and retailers, basic goods and services companies, energy and medical companies.
His other past involvements include founding and running a successful real estate development services firm and he previously served on the Board of Directors at Preservation Houston. Philip is a full designee member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA).
