The City of Castroville is pleased to announce an agreement to accept $4.5 million
Alsatian Oaks, A Master Planned Community, Will Bring New Residential and Commercial Development to Castroville (April 28, 2020) Castroville, TX.
The City of Castroville has entered into an agreement to accept $4.5million from Highway 90 Castroville Partners, Ltd., an affiliate of Terracor Real Estate of San Antonio, to improve the City’s existing water and wastewater infrastructure. The agreement marks a significant miles tone in Alsatian Oak’s development process that included planning for the City’s infrastructure needs.
“I am beyond excited to have these agreements finalized. Terracor has been a great partner and I look forward to continued collaboration and the growth of the Alsatian Oaks Development. Today is a big step forward for the City of Castroville. I look forward to the project’s groundbreaking and to the improvements this will bring to the entire community,” says City of Castroville Mayor Phyllis Santleben. Alsatian Oaks is a 400-acre master planned community designed for more than 950 single-family lots and more than 380,000 square feet of retail, medical and office space with greenbelts and dedicated park land throughout. Alsatian Oaks has been designed to honor Castroville’s heritage through thoughtful architecture and enhanced landscape features.
